Hallmark Crown Hotel, Malacca

I stayed in a spacious double room that felt just right for my family. The air conditioning worked beautifully, and the bathroom was impressively clean, likely recently renovated. I appreciated having the kettle and complementary coffee packets as it made for a cozy stay. I felt really at home in this relaxing space.

The bathroom during my stay was modern and very clean. Even though it didn't have a partition wall to separate the shower area, the generous space made it easy to manage. I must commend the overall cleanliness that contributed greatly to my experience!

The breakfast spread was abundant and provided a nice variety of dishes. Though the strawberry jam was a bit artificial, the overall quality of the dishes was quite satisfying. I enjoyed starting my day here, especially with the staff being friendly and polite during service.

I was pleased to find that parking was free for guests, which made my stay much more convenient. There was always enough space to park, and it was easy to access the hotel entrance from the parking area. It really added to my overall positive experience at the hotel.
